📚Guess What’s Back!!!📚 Our legendary “All The Cook Kids Are Reading” shirts are back. This time we are going ❤️RED❤️ with the shirts! These are a faculty favorite and learner favorite too. Get your orders in and join the wave. All of the proceeds will go to our library. Deadline to order is Friday, February 9th. For all orders sent in cash, please make sure that it is EXACT CHANGE and in a sealed envelope with your learner’s name. We can’t wait to go ❤️RED❤️ with our shirts this year. What a pleasure to recognize four incredible educators at our School Board Meeting Monday night! Our principals, School Board Members, Superintendent, Town Council Members, Mayor Stone, and Councilman Doug Singleton took the opportunity to acknowledge and congratulate these teachers. We would like to thank our Elementary PTA, Intermediate PTA, Jr. High/ High School PTSA, Bubba Co., The Grocery at Pike Road, Indulgence Cookie, and Pike Road Nutrition for supporting our teachers by contributing gifts for their baskets. Congratulations once again to Renee Dickerson, Amy Johnson, Christine Prescott, and Rachel Stricklin!

The C2 Class at Pike Road Elementary School named Principal Jeff Hatfield a Helping Hands Hero! After completing a 10-week study on citizenship they decided Mr. Hatfield was the perfect person to honor because he embodies the traits of amazing citizens. Students from each class shared why they believe he deserves to be named the Helping Hands Hero from allowing himself to be slimed to being a "pal" to everyone (princiPAL), to keeping everyone in the school safe. Congratulations Mr. Hatfield!
