🐊✈️ With his muscles feeling stronger after his Orangetheory workout with Mrs. Hall and Mrs. Bracey, Flat Patriot was ready to put his new fitness skills to the test! Luckily, Oliver Betzler (C2) and Evelyn Betzler (C1) had the perfect adventure planned while visiting their grandparents in Fairhope, Alabama. 👀🌞 Flat Patriot packed his sense of adventure and joined Oliver and Evelyn for a wild trip to Alligator Alley in Summerdale, Alabama! 🐊🌿💚 From the moment they arrived, Flat Patriot knew this was going to be a SNAP-tastic adventure! 😄 He had a blast exploring Alligator Alley, getting up close to some amazing alligators, and learning all about these fascinating creatures. Visiting grandparents is always special, but adding an exciting adventure with Oliver and Evelyn made the trip even more memorable. 🏔️➡️🏃‍♂️ After riding through the mountains of Tennessee, floating rivers, and exploring all over the country, Flat Patriot’s suitcase wasn’t the only thing getting a workout this summer! 😅✈️🌎 Concerned that all those plane rides, road trips, and yummy vacation treats might be slowing him down, Mrs. Hall and Mrs. Bracey stepped in with a plan. 💪🍊 After all that traveling, Mrs. Hall and Mrs. Bracey decided Flat Patriot could use a good workout at Orangetheory to make sure he is in tip-top shape for the second half of summer! 🧡🔥🏃‍♂️ Flat Patriot laced up his sneakers, hit the studio, and quickly discovered that keeping up with Mrs. Hall and Mrs. Bracey is no easy task! Between the treadmills, rowing, and strength exercises, Flat Patriot definitely broke a sweat—but he left feeling stronger and ready for his next adventure. 💦💪😄 Whether he’s climbing mountains, exploring new countries, or crushing a workout, Flat Patriot is proving that staying active is an important part of every great adventure! 🌍✨ Now that he’s back in tip-top shape, we can’t wait to see where Flat Patriot travels next! 👀✈️ 📸 Keep the adventures coming! ⛰️⚾️ After cheering on the Braves with Brooks Ivey, Flat Patriot was still riding the excitement of game day when he received a message from C1 learner KaLeigha Harvey: “If you think home runs are exciting, wait until you see the mountains of Tennessee!” 👀🏔️ Never one to turn down an adventure, Flat Patriot traded the roar of the crowd for the peaceful sounds of the mountains and headed to Tennessee with KaLeigha and her family! 🚗🌲✨ The adventure kicked off with an exciting RZR ride through King Mountain and Wilder Mountain, where Flat Patriot enjoyed breathtaking scenery and plenty of thrills along the way! 🏔️🚙💨 Next, the family made a stop in the valley at Bill’s Creek to float the river and search for marine fossils. While they didn’t uncover any fossils this time, they did discover some pretty cool rocks and made lots of fun memories together. 🌊🪨🔍 After all that exploring, everyone was ready for lunch at Indian Creek Market. But lunch wasn’t the only highlight—Flat Patriot had a blast feeding the goats! 🐐🥪😄 To top off an unforgettable day, KaLeigha and her family visited the King Mountain overlook, where Flat Patriot soaked in the stunning mountain views and reflected on another incredible summer adventure. 🌄💙 From baseball stadiums to mountain trails, Flat Patriot is learning that every destination has its own special kind of adventure! 📸 Keep the adventures coming! ⚾️🏛️ After exploring the historic sights of Washington, D.C., Flat Patriot was ready to trade monuments for mascots when he received an exciting invitation from CK learner Brooks Ivey: “Flat Patriot, grab your glove and your foam finger—we’re headed to a Braves game!” 🧢🔥 Faster than a home run leaving the ballpark, Flat Patriot was on his way to cheer on the Atlanta Braves with Brooks and his family! ✈️⚾️ From the moment they arrived at the stadium, Flat Patriot knew he was in for a grand slam of a day! He loved taking in the sights and sounds of the ballpark, cheering alongside thousands of Braves fans, and soaking up all the excitement that comes with America’s favorite pastime. ❤️💙 Of course, no trip to a baseball game is complete without delicious ballpark snacks! 🌭🍿🥨 Flat Patriot enjoyed all the fun traditions of game day while making unforgettable memories with Brooks and his family. 🏖️➡️🏛️ After soaking up the sunshine and enjoying beach days with Leo in Miramar Beach, Flat Patriot traded flip-flops for history books when he received an invitation from C3 learners Charlie Smith and James Pruitt-Smith, along with C1 learner Greyson Smith, to join their family on a summer adventure to our nation’s capital! With an invitation like that, how could he say no? ✈️🇺🇸 Before long, Flat Patriot was making his way to Washington, D.C., ready to explore one of the most historic cities in the country! 🇺🇸✨ One of the highlights of the trip was posing in front of the iconic U.S. Capitol with Charlie, James, and Greyson. Standing in front of such an important landmark, Flat Patriot couldn’t help but feel extra patriotic! ❤️🤍💙🏛️ From learning about our nation’s history to exploring the sights and sounds of Washington, D.C., this summer adventure was filled with memories that will last a lifetime. Flat Patriot loved seeing history come to life while spending quality time with the Smith and Pruitt-Smith families. Our youngest Patriots have a lot to brag about! 80% of our kindergartners are at or above grade level in Math, and 89% are at or above grade level in Reading! 📖 Small class sizes and meaningful instruction helped create a strong foundation for these learners! #PatriotSuccess

This time, Leo Acosta invited Flat Patriot to trade historic landmarks and European adventures for sunshine and sandy shores in Miramar Beach, Florida! ☀️🏖️🌊 After arriving on the Emerald Coast, Flat Patriot wasted no time jumping into vacation mode with Leo and his family. From relaxing on the beautiful white-sand beaches to soaking up the sunshine, every day was filled with fun and adventure. 🏖️😎 Of course, no beach vacation is complete without delicious food, and Flat Patriot definitely enjoyed sampling some yummy treats along the way! 🍽️😋 Between the beach views, tasty food, and making memories with Leo, Flat Patriot had an absolute blast in Miramar Beach. 📌 Pike Road School's June Board of Education Meeting has been rescheduled to June 29, starting at 5:00 pm. The meeting will take place at Pike Road Schools Central Office.

🇺🇸🌍 Just when we thought Flat Patriot might finally unpack his suitcase after Italy… think again! 👀✈️ Before he could even catch his breath, he got a message from Daniel and David Kim that said: “Pack your bags, Flat Patriot… we’re headed to Bali, Indonesia!” 🇮🇩🌴☀️ After another long flight (Flat Patriot is definitely earning those passport stamps this summer 😅✈️), he landed in beautiful Bali, Indonesia, ready for his next big adventure with the Kim family! From exploring breathtaking temples 🛕 to learning how to surf 🌊🏄, Flat Patriot jumped right into island life. The adventures didn’t stop there — he went snorkeling alongside beautiful sea life 🐠, splashed around at a water park 💦, and even enjoyed an exciting safari tour! 🦁🚙 The weather has been wonderful, the food is absolutely delicious 🍜✨, and Flat Patriot is soaking in every moment of this unforgettable family vacation. But wait… the adventure isn’t over yet! 👀 Daniel and David Kim are already getting ready for their next trip to another country, and Flat Patriot can’t wait to tag along. 🇺🇸✨ After soaking in the beautiful views, castles, and gelato in Italy, Flat Patriot got another message saying, “Time to head back to the USA… there’s a baseball game waiting for you in Texas!” ⚾✈️🇺🇸 Without missing a beat, Flat Patriot traded passport stamps for baseball vibes and headed to Round Rock, Texas to join Eloise Parsons for a Round Rock Express baseball game! 🧢☀️🏟️ From cheering in the stands to soaking in all the excitement of game day, Flat Patriot had a blast experiencing America’s favorite pastime Texas-style! ⚾💙 It sounds like Eloise made sure he had the perfect welcome back to the States!
