🌿🧠 Mental Health Matters at GW! 🧠🌿
Today, our amazing Peer Helpers hosted a Mental Health Café for our learners — a calm, creative, and supportive space focused on well-being. 💚
Mental health is just as important as physical health, and we're proud to empower our students with the tools they need to take care of their minds and hearts. 💪
✨ Learners explored a variety of self-care stations, including:
📝 Affirmations
📓 Journaling
🎨 Art & Puzzles
🖐️ Sensory Table
🧘 Meditation
😌 Quiet/Rest Area
🤸 Stretching & Yoga
♟️Gaming
Each station offered a different way to de-stress, reflect, and recharge — reminding our learners that taking care of themselves is not just okay, it’s essential. 💖
